Tulip Time at Franquette Crêperie Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Name

1.1 The competition is known as Tulip Time at Franquette Crêperie (the “Competition”).

2. Promoter

2.1 The Competition is run by Franquette Crêperie, located at 329 Bong Bong Street Bowral NSW (the “Promoter”). 

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 16 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the Competition.

3.2. Entries must be made through an Instagram account. Participants must tag @franquette_creperie in the photo, follow @franquette_creperie and comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Competition, participants must post their original photo of the Tulip Time installation at Franquette Crêperie to their grid, tag @franquette_creperie, add the hashtag #tuliptime and follow @franquette_creperie.

4.2. Entries must be received by 9am on Tuesday 1st October 2024 (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date/Time will not be considered. 

5. Prize

5.1. The prize is a Franquette Crêperie Gift Voucher worth $250 (valid until 1st October 2025).

5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Selection of Winners

6.1. The winner will be selected by a random draw at 10am on Tuesday 1st October 2024.

6.2. The Promoter will notify winners via direct message on Instagram within 24 hours of the selection. If a winner does not respond within 1 week, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

7.1. By entering the Competition, participants consent to their entry being featured on the Promoter’s Instagram account and other marketing materials.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal data collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.

9. General Terms

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Competition at any time without prior notice.

9.2. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.3. The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

10.1. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, you agree to release Instagram from any liability related to the Competition.
