  Where can I use my Franquette Gift Card?
  Franquette Gift Cards can be redeemed at our crêperie for dining and in-venue purchases.

  Can I use my Gift Card more than once?
  Yes, your Franquette Gift Card can be used multiple times until the balance is fully redeemed or it expires.

  How long are Franquette Gift Cards valid for?
  Our Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after expiry will be forfeited.

  Can I use my Gift Card for online bookings?
  At this stage, Franquette Gift Cards must be redeemed in person at the venue. If you’d like to use your Gift Card for a group reservation, please contact us in advance.

  Can I use my Gift Card for event deposits or group bookings?
  Yes - Gift Cards can be used towards event or group booking payments when payment is made in person at Franquette.

  Can I purchase a Gift Card in person?
  Yes, Gift Cards are available for purchase online or directly at Franquette during opening hours.

  What are the minimum and maximum values I can load onto a Gift Card?
  Franquette Gift Cards can be loaded with amounts from $20 up to $500.

  Can I get a refund or cash out my Gift Card?
  No. Franquette Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in full or in part.

  What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
  Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless required by law. Please contact us at bowral@franquettecreperie.com.au if you believe your card has been compromised.

  Can I use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card?
  No, you cannot use a Franquette Gift Card to purchase another gift card.

  What happens if I don’t spend the full amount in one transaction?
  Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card until the expiry date or until the balance reaches $0.

  Do I need to spend the full value in one visit?
  No. you can use your Gift Card across multiple visits until the balance is used or the card expire

  Definitions

  In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Activate” means loading value onto a Gift Card.
    

  • “Balance” means the remaining funds available on the Gift Card.
    

  • “Card Number” is the unique number printed on or assigned to the Gift Card.
    

  • “Expiry Date” means 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. After this date, any unused balance will be forfeited.
    

  • “Gift Card” means a Franquette Gift Card issued by Franquette Crêperie.
    

  • “PIN” is the security code linked to your Gift Card, if applicable.
    

  • “Redeem” means to use the Gift Card as payment for goods or services at Franquette Crêperie.
    

  • References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Franquette Crêperie. References to “you” or “your” mean the cardholder or purchaser.
    

  1. Agreement to Terms

  1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all Franquette Gift Cards.
  1.2 By purchasing, activating, using, or attempting to use a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  1.3 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is aware of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Purchasing a Gift Card

  2.1 Gift Cards can be purchased online at franquettecrêperie.com.au or directly at the venue.
  2.2 Gift Cards can be loaded with a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $500.
  2.3 Payments can be made via accepted debit or credit cards.
  2.4 Gift Cards are available for delivery within Australia. Risk passes to you upon dispatch, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  

  3. Redeeming a Gift Card

  3.1 Gift Cards can be redeemed in person at Franquette Crêperie for dining and in-venue purchases.
  3.2 Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards And not valid for online take away orders
  3.3 If a transaction exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid by another method.
  3.4 Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this date will be forfeited.
  

  4. Lost or Stolen Cards

  4.1 Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced unless required by law.
  4.2 We may cancel a Gift Card if there is evidence of fraud or unauthorised use.

  5. Privacy

  5.1 Personal information collected when purchasing a Gift Card is used to process the transaction and provide customer service.
