Colouring Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    a) The Kids Colouring Competition ("Competition") is open to residents of Australia, aged 12 years and under.

    b) Employees, immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with the organiser of the Competition are ineligible to participate.

  2. Entry
    a) Entry into the Competition is free.
    b) To enter, participants must submit their completed colouring sheet along with their name, age, birth month, and parent contact details via the online form.

  3. Competition Period
    a) The Competition commences on the first date of the month and ends on the last date of the month.

  4. Selection of Winners
    a) The Competition is a game of skill. Winners will be selected based on the creativity, originality, and artistic merit of their colouring submissions.
    b) A panel of judges appointed by the organiser will evaluate all entries and select the winners.
    c) The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.

  5. Prizes
    a) A prize will be awarded to the top entry as determined by the judges.
    b) Prize details will be specified on the Competition announcement.
    c) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
    d) Date availability for redemption is subject to availability. If your preferred date is not available other dates will be made available for your consideration.

  6. Notification of Winners
    a) Winners will be notified via email or phone within 1 week of the Competition closing date.
    b) If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner selected at the discretion of the organiser.

  7. Publicity
    a) By entering the Competition, participants consent to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and press releases, without further compensation.

  8. Disqualification
    a) The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have breached these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or inappropriate conduct.
    b) In the event of disqualification, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner selected at the discretion of the organiser.

  9. Privacy
    a) Personal information collected from participants will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law.

  10. Amendments:
    a) The organiser reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  11. Governing Law:
    a) The Competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
