On Thursday, 20 November, we’re celebrating the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, the sun-drenched heart of Southern France, known for its lavender fields, coastal charm and Provençal cuisine.
Begin your evening with a Blini topped with bluefin tuna, tapenade and olive oil powder, followed by our La Riviera Galette with marinated chicken, cheese, zucchini, capsicum, tomato compote, caramelised onion, olives and pistou. Add our optional palate cleanser, Rinquinquin, before finishing with our Pêche Frangipane crêpe.
A glass of crisp Provençal Rosé on arrival sets the tone for this one-night-only celebration of Provence.
