Corsica Regional Dinner
On Thursday 11 December, we’re celebrating the Corsican region, where mountains meet sea and every flavour tells a story.
Begin your evening with a blini layered with goat’s cheese, sun-dried tomato, thyme and olive oil, before enjoying our La Balagne galette, filled with coppa, herbed ricotta, spinach, zucchini, grilled capsicum, rocket and honey. Add an optional palate cleanser of limoncello and lemon sorbet, then finish with the La Clémentine Crêpe, featuring mandarin, chestnut cream, crushed hazelnuts and shaved dark chocolate.
A refreshing Corsican Mojito on arrival sets the tone for this one-night-only celebration of the flavours of Corsica.
