This month, we celebrate the vibrant tastes of the South of France.

This November, we’re bringing the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region to Bowral, a place of lavender fields, seaside villages and rustic Provençal cooking.

Our specials highlight this spirit of the south: the classic La Riviera Galette, filled with marinated chicken, ratatouille vegetables and pistou; the golden Pêche Frangipane crêpe with confit peach and chantilly; and of course, a glass of Provençal Rosé.

For a true taste of the region, try a glass of Rinquinquin, a chilled peach apéritif served over ice with fresh peach.
