for Canard et Cerise, a beautiful balance of duck breast, cherries, cheese and Tasmanian pepperberry jus.

Finish on a sweet note with Amour de Framboise, layering valrhona chocolate, raspberry, almond and chantilly, then raise

a glass with our Valentin cocktail.
