This August, we’re heading to Normandie, a region known for its rolling pastures, coastal charm and love of cream, apples and cheese.

Our menu this month brings those flavours to life: think cider-caramelised onions, Calvados crème anglaise, warm Camembert and spiced mulled cider. It’s a celebration of comfort, tradition and the richness of French winter fare.
