On Thursday 18 September, we’re celebrating Champagne - a region rich in history, elegance and effervescence.

Famed the world over for its sparkling wine, Champagne is also a land of rolling vineyards, grand Gothic cathedrals and villages steeped in centuries of tradition. From the coronations of kings at Reims Cathedral to the ingenuity of winemakers perfecting the méthode champenoise, this northeastern region has long been at the heart of French culture.

From a Framboise Royal on arrival to Champagne sorbet and a spiced pain d’épice dessert, each course showcases the flavours of France’s most iconic region of celebration - bringing the true joie de vivre of Champagne to Bowral for one night only.
